How Can You Get Rid Of Grass Allergy
How can you get rid of Grass Allergy?
Relatively, you can not avoid completely grass pollens. However, you can avoid incurring the signs and symptoms of grass allergy if you will no longer expose yourself to allergy-causing grass for a long period of time. The following are some of the ways you can get rid of grass allergy:
- If possible, stay indoors between 5 to 10 o’clock in the morning. Perform your outdoor activities late in the afternoon or after a heavy rain. At this point, grass pollen levels are quite lower compared to the mentioned time earlier.
- When indoors, always keep the windows closed to reduce exposure to grass pollen. In addition, instead of using attic fans, prefer using an air conditioner.
- Remember that grass pollens are airborne and mostly present in the air. If you were to dry your clothes, use an automatic dryer instead of hanging it outside. Grass pollens can be carried indoors through your hanging clothes.
- If you have a grass lawn, hire somebody to the mowing.
