What are the best means to get rid of Grass Allergy?

It is quite impossible to avoid grass pollens completely. However, you can cut your exposure to reduce the probability of incurring symptoms of grass allergies. The following are the ways you can get rid of grass allergy while not missing the enjoyment of summer and spring season.

- If you have found that you are really allergic to grass pollens, stay indoors as much as possible particularly between seven to nine o’clock in the morning and in the late afternoon. If possible, always keep the windows of your room shut down and use your air conditioner.

- If you have a grass lawn, get somebody to do the mowing. If mowing the grass lawn by yourself is unavoidable, always wear a mask that is designed to filter pollen.

- Always keep your grass lawn cut short.

- When gardening, moisten potting soil before use to avoid mold spores.

- After gardening, always wash your hands completely. Take a hot shower afterwards to eliminate any grass pollens that may have been attached to you while you are on the garden.
